Have any one use the .45 ACP CCI Blazer on your FNP-45? I have use the white box winchester, the Blazer seems as a good targer round, any issues with the aluminum cassing? please advice.

Not quite your question - but I went to buy some 45 for my XD45 I just bought (I am shooting it this week)... I use nothing but Blazer in my 9mms. I have shot thousands of rounds thru it.

However, when I went to my local Academy store, they wanted $19.99 per box of 50. I generally don't use WWB, but 100 rounds of that in 45 is less than $29. I was floored. So, for 45 at least - I won't be a shootin' any aluminum Blazer.

i got a couple boxes a month or so back for 13$ per 50. it shot great through my fnp45; didnt have any issues

I ordered some Blazers from cheaper than dirt last night at $14.99 a box of 50, I think is not that bad... thanks for the response.

just make sure you avoid blazer brass... caused 2 jams out of the 50 i bought

I've had much better luck with Blazer Brass than with the aluminum stuff..

I tried the alumninum cased Blazers out the other day in my FNP 45.

They shot about 4 in. to the left of where I aimed and there was a verticle string about 6 in. up and down.

WWB hits dead center of where I aim every time.

Don't think I'll be going back with Blazers anytime soon.

+1. When I do buy Blazer, I buy Blazer Brass. I have used both the 9mm and the .40 many times with no problems. I usually use WWB as well.
