Have any of our members completly taken apart the pistol? I am getting requests to do these, but haven't found a schematic or even attempted it yet.
I'm a chicken, don't want any spring flying incidents :-D

I took mine apart for the hell of it. There are defiantly some tricky points. One thing I can think of in particular is that the slide-release-lever spring must be moved out of the way before you tap the two pins out of the rear of the frame (this spring indexes into a little grove in the pins).
Start with the second rear-most pin. Lift the thin slide-release-lever spring up with a needle while you tap this pin out from the right hand side of the weapon.
Then repeat for the rear-most pin.
There is a sear spring that loves to fly off the right hand side of the hammer assembly.

Other that that the disassembly down to plastic is pretty straight forward.

Yes, there is a "maintenance manual" as part of the armorer's course.

In addition to exploded diagrams, it also contains information on the proper disassembly and assembly of the pistol and associated warnings and cautions for disassembly and assembly.
