Is there any "blow back" into the face of the shooter? From experience, some ARs and FNCs will have some gas leaked back into the shooters face from the extra gas pressure dwell during the action cycling. Does the PS-90 (or the Five-Seven) do this?

Thanks

I get a lot more smoke with a short barrel and silencer, but not what I would call blow back. Take off the muffler, and the smoke from the ejection port area goes away.

The smoke is the same amount with sub-sonic ammo, 195, or 197 shells.
(of course the sub-sonic make smoke, but no noise)

Not a problem on my end with a Gemtech G5 on my PS90.

Looking at the systems (ive got a FNC with suppressor) I would say its less likely to get alot of gasses in the face with the PS90, assuming a good magseal. Its easier for the gasses to go downward, so they probably will.

Just a guess.

Gas in the face is virtually NIL, if any. Especially compared to an AR. An AR is a gas system whereas the PS90 is a blowback design.

I use the YHM Stainless Mite.
