What does it say on the receiver of what your trying to form 1?

Sorry I just saw that it's a scar thread. Ok it should be engraved with both the manufacturer (FN Herstal, Belgium) and the importer (FNH USA Fredricksberg, VA) either one would technically work but the (FN Herstal, Belgium) is the more correct one to use being that it's the "manufactuer". Hope this helps

If you efile the form 1 then you don't have to worry about the address. Plus it comes back a lot faster.

Are "eforms" working? I have tried twice in the past month to file electronically and kept getting server down and error type messages. It may just be my lack of experience with the site, but advice would be welcomed.

They are working. But they are down every Wednesday...and sometimes just randomly to spice things up.

You still need the name and location of the manufacturer of the firearm to be put in blank 4.a on the form 1. The e file should allow you to choose from a list of manufactures.

What did you use for an address? Mine is an FN belgium? just curious
