You need to cancel, get your refund, and go shop at another place since you're not happy with them.I wrote to them. They didn't offer any explanations or give me a better ETA. Their original email of "30-60 days" secured the sale. It's been 72 days.
They did tell me I can cancel the order and get the entire amount as a credit to my visa.
Very disappointing to be misled and have expectations set for 60 days at most.
