Hi Guys. I am planning on putting together a noveske build and have recently bought parts to start going. My question to you is I wanted a 10.5'' 300blk build but the 9inch rails were impossible to find. After waiting for a bit I just decided on a 8.5 blk barrel and a 7 inch nsr rail. After unpacking the parts the 7 inch NSR rail seems awfully short. Any thoughts? Did I make a mistake not waiting for 9 inch rails to come in? Yes I know other manufacturers make rails in all sizes I wanted a pure noveske part build this time around

The 9" NSR with the 8.5 barrel looks great, as long as your muzzle device can tuck, due to the small diameter of the hand guard. If you're going to suppress it, you'll run into a clearance issue though, unless it's a thread-on can; QD mounts tend to be too bulky for that combo.

I am running a nsr rail, but not longer than 9 inch on 5.56, and I have a 10 inch on the 300. I wanted to run the pig on it so I ended up getting a little longer rail so I could conceal part of the pig. Some place to find noveske parts--- rainer arms is a good place. I also would say call them, they have parts they don't out on the site, or then can tell u when to call back as they get them. Finding parts took me 2-4 months , and I wanted all noveske parts.

I agree it looks good but I will be running with a omega and a saker so 9inch +8.5 wpuldnt cut it. I envisioned a 10.5 +9inch rail but there is no ETA on the 9 inch rails. Noveske is slammed and told me it could be 6+ months before rails are released. They are putting all of their parts in new rifles

I have been able to get all other noveske parts except the rail. It drives me crazy so I settled on a 7 inch and 8.5 barrel. maybe in the future ill find a 9 inch and rebuild a new upper

I I would say get what u want -- sell it if your not happy with it or wait-- good things are worth waitin for.
funny thing is I dont know what I want. I dont have hands on with nsr rails so I didnt know if 7 or 9 inch would suit me better. I have a 8inch urx 3.1 that seems fine for a shorty. I dont want the can hanging too far out there
