Just picked up a Viper PST 2.5-10x32 and was looking for a lightweight scope mount to keep my 17s as light as possible. Has anyone tried using the Aero Precision Ultralight scope mount on their 17s and did they have any issues holding a zero?

Looks like the popular options are the ADM Delta or LaRue but the Aero is only about 3oz vs 8oz+.

Any other lightweight mount recommendations would be appreciated. Thanks.

I just started using this scope mount and shot 50 rounds yesterday with it. Too soon to give you a honest assessment. I'll try and post a pic of the rifle setup. It's holding a leupold 1x6 scope. It is def light and as long as it holds its a great option if u don't need a qd mount. Also knuckle bruising is a non issue with this scope mount.

Thanks for the feedback and pics. I may order one to try out. I could always move it to my SPR if I need a more heavy duty mount for the 17s.
