As title asks. Any of you guys/gals worried about being able to get 5.7 ammo lets say 2-3 years or more from now? Most people don't reload that caliber, and I hear it everywhere that it has a bullseye on it when the next AWB hits, and they might try to kill the PS90/5.7 by just reducing the availability of the 5.7 rounds to public itself.

Yeah, that would suck. Luckily I have ~4000 factory rounds, and can reload if I need to.

I have 2300 rounds, and just ordered 150 more. My goal is to try and double what I have eventually (slowly, so my wife doesn't hit the roof).

I think it will be here, just at the last gun show I went to several of the ammo sales had the 5.7 at their booth while prior to this show not at all. Until the elections nothing is set in stone. Even if we loose the White house there is still congress. So until some such ban ever comes down the road. No the supply is going to be there.

Are you worried about future 5.7 availabilty?

Yes I'm worried. The anti-gunners could use all sorts of tactics to inact laws that would make it difficult or impossible to get these rounds. I'm stocking up now against a possible future diminished availability or just because it's only going to cost more down the road for whatever reason(s).

i'm trying to stock up on 5.7 and Makarov as those two really are some of my favorites that are hard to find ammo production.

if i didn't have a hefty charge bill, i'd buy 2000 rds of it on gun broker for just under $700.00

Well I'm worried about the ammo and the guns themselves....but I'm buying them anyway. I only have 3000 rounds ammo but am buying 2000 more next month. My goal is to KEEP 5000 rounds on hand. That's a lot of money to have to tie up in ammo just because I'm afraid the ammo may be restricted someday!!! Of course I'm counting on a "grandfather" clause should the guns themselves be outlawed. Who knows what will happen with this or any ammo/guns in the future. It's just pathetic!!!!!

It's only pathetic if we let it happen to us! If you've got friends who are registered to vote, call them and make sure they get down to the polls. Hell, offer to drive them there, if the polling place isn't just walking distance down the street.

I'm stuck in ultra-left Kalif., so my vote gets overrun by the Dems, but you guys in "swing states" can really make a difference by a few hundred or thousand votes!
