I'm hoping it doesn't turn into one of those episodes where 3/4 of it is flashbacks.

We end up with about 7 minutes of 'new footage' which forwards the plot, but the rest of flashbacks to explain.

Don't get me wrong, the Kinsey / Thor / Multinational Panel / IOA episode is one of my favorite ("Supreme Commander Thor"), but I don't think SGA has the same kind of plot that would allow for that kind of episode to... not suck. :lol:

In TV, trial shows usually end up being clip shows. (other than shows that normally feature trials of course)

Yep, it was a clip show. But in Stargate tradition they at least used it to advance the overall story.
