Just curious where I can find the best price on a (preferably) FDE scar 17.

I'm a couple of months out on purchasing...just bought a Nightforce atacr 4-16 for my Knights Armament LPR!

I'm in law enforcement also, I didn't know if anyone was overly kind and offered MIL/LEO prices on the scar.

I have been eyeballing the scar for quite some time. Wanted to go with a Knights Armament APC but for the price of that (even with LEO pricing) I could buy the scar and a Vortex Razor HD II 1-6 optic to go on top! That made it a no brainer.

I suggest you start your search here FNF Sponsor Forum. Many here have been happy with the pricing from Stryker Ent. He does the Mil/LEO discount program. If he has one you probably won't find a better price. The Mil/LEO discount is a FN-USA program so I believe the price will be fixed across all dealers who honor this program.

A scar is a ways off for me (have to save the money and just bought the ATACR), but when I am ready to buy I want to know where to shop!

I've wanted one for a long time and always found this forum to be very helpful and accepting of new people. Thanks for all the responses.

I figure already owning a gap-10 the scar would be a perfect counterpart to it! The gap is a shooter but quite hefty. The scar is nice and lightweight and from what I have read, they shoot quite well!
