Howdy.

This is my first post, fire at will...

All of you fine folks here have given me a lot of knowledge on SCARs over the last few weeks. I figured it was time to give back. So I ordered a special order Browe optic a couple of weeks back, with the expectation that I would be purchasing SCAR 17. Today I decided to call Browe and ask few questions. I called this morning and left a message, called again after lunch, and the Third time about an hour and a half later. I started to get a bit worried about not being able to reach anyone and not getting a call back. A Mr. Browe called me back a few minutes later apologizing for not getting back to me quicker, their office was escorting an overseas group of clients. Say no more, as a small business, a large group of clients from overseas trumps DucHtr's Questions. After having a conversation with Mr. Browe about many things, He answered my questions.

Now before anyone gets the wrong Idea, I'm young enough to expect everything right now, but old enough to know better. Part of the computer culture I guess. I was super impressed with the amount of time he took with me on the phone, about 30 min, mainly shootin the sh.. He also e-mailed me some pictures of his personal SCAR with the Browe Combat Optic. A customer who was starting to get frustrated, got a call from a CEO and turned it around. I don't expect my product tomorrow, and know it was a discounted website special with fair waning of delays. He, the man behind the company, took the time to call a first time, penny pinching customer and shoot the ****.

I am excited to support a growing American Business who understands Customer Service. Small or not, two thumbs up

Not really the proper forum and when I looked for a forum to move it into, alas it really did not fit any one forum, SCAR17, Welcome, or FreeStyle, so I'll leave it where it is at.

HK I went through the same process as you, where would this belong? I was looking for a Brand Review...

I prefer small (local) companies most of the time but I find some to be greedy. I have had a short email chain going with Brian and believe he wants to sell quality products with a smile and a handshake.

You won't see me top the charts with posts, and if I'm not asking questions I will be responding to my experiences. I do enjoy reading what the group has to say. When I see greatness in a product or company I love to say thank you. Now, when will they expand their product line?
