Due to the CA assault weapon laws, the PS-90 is not legal.

However, some people got together and made some modifications to make it CA legal. After many months of work they are finally selling CA legal PS-90s.

The stock extension is needed to make the PS-90 meet the minium overall length of 30".

It also uses a fixed 10 round magazine, that requires a tool to remove for loading.





CA gun laws suck.

I spent some time putting together modifications including a 4.5 inch buttstock extension to make a California legal PS-90. Actually had very little response or interest to justify producing such modifications in quantity but did make two custom extended buttstocks that have shipped to California end users. Good to see innovation taking place under such restrictions.

Legal on semi-auto rifles with fixed 10 round magazines.

Not legal on semi-auto rifles that take detachable magazines.
