I recently purchased a sig p226 equinox in 40 cal., and a sig stainless p229 in 9mm. I need to pick up 4 extra mags- but $$ is short, don't want to drop 45$ per mag. Can anyone post up some sites they know have cheaper prices?

one other thing, I want to out the short reset trigger in the p226 40 cal equinox-- is that a difficult thing to do? Any gunsmith can do it?

Slickguns posted 1/2 off sale that Cabela's was having on Sig mags in December. That was the best that I had ever seen. Sig just seems to value their mags high.

I saw that too- but at the time had to spend for Christmas gifts. Was hoping a deal may be around similiar to that.

Very nice choice in pistolas
MEC-GAR SIG SAUER MAGAZINES : Greg Cote, LLC Mec-Gar makes the factory mags for Sig & Mr. Cote is good to go.
P-Series Precision Intermediate Trigger - Grayguns by Bruce Gray There were a few (P229 trigger swap) vids on youtube that came in handy when I did surgery on the P9SE. It's a fairly easy chore that's definitely worth the effort IMHO.
