Can someone please point me to the tool for installing the extractor retaining clip?

Preferably somewhere I can buy it online. I thought Brownell's had it but I can't find it now. The extractor pin retaining clip.

Is there an actual tool?

I don't mean the device the holds the bolt while you work on it, but a tool to help you install the clip?

So in that first link, there is a picture. Is the clip on the bottom side?

What do you use to "back" the C clip as you are trying to snap it over the pin? Like a punch? Or something else?
