Zero problems with accessories properly fitting (I tried a laser and flashlight). There is plenty of space to clear most gadgets.
My only complaint (minor) is the black color of mine has a slight purplish hue to it in certain light. I have seen this on some AR receivers as well. I don't know what causes it.... Anyway, it's minor but it might bother some.
