Just purchased an FNP40 and had a question regarding it so tried to call FN-not happening. Apparently Bob Ales (sp?) is the only person there that handles Customer Service and he never answers his phone. Apparently customer service is not a priority with FN or taking care of their customers. I need the question answered now, not sometime next week or next month. Surely they can do better than this? Or maybe they can't-they just don't care!!! Maybe someone on this forum can answer the question? Is the chamber on the FNP40 and FNP9 fully supported? Thanks

Bob is the bomb, I have had nothing but great service from FN. Try HK customer support and you will have a realistic sense of poor customer service. Bob has picked up most every time I have called, if not and I left a message, he is timely it its return.

Try taking your gun apart and LOOK to see if its fully supported! Much quicker than a phone call.

Also dont forget the Annual Shot Show is going on right now.
That also leaves everyone in the industry short handed right now.
Armalite is even asking people not to call right now not enough people left to answer phone calls.
just try and be patient :?

I must agree. Bob is the "bomb." He helped me this past week. Prompt and courteous. FN is great for customer service. you're not fn's only customer. Next time try emailing him.

I ordered a USG 45, don't even have it yet, and Bob Ailes has already responded to two emailed questions. As I told him, if this is typical of FNH cus. service, then I made a good buying decision. Try email, and lighten up.
