Customer Service: Where is it?

Just purchased an FNP40 and had a question regarding it so tried to call FN-not happening. Apparently Bob Ales (sp?) is the only person there that handles Customer Service and he never answers his phone. Apparently customer service is not a priority with FN or taking care of their customers. I need the question answered now, not sometime next week or next month. Surely they can do better than this? Or maybe they can't-they just don't care!!! Maybe someone on this forum can answer the question? Is the chamber on the FNP40 and FNP9 fully supported? Thanks

Bob is the bomb, I have had nothing but great service from FN. Try HK customer support and you will have a realistic sense of poor customer service. Bob has picked up most every time I have called, if not and I left a message, he is timely it its return.

Try taking your gun apart and LOOK to see if its fully supported! Much quicker than a phone call.
