Suspended Police Officer's Wife: Department Ordered Him to Have Sex

The wife of a Texas police officer suspended for having sex in a prostitution sting says it was all part of the job.

Tracy Breiner said her husband was just following orders when he had intercourse with a woman while investigating two spas for reports of prostitution, according to the Beaumont Enterprise.

Officer Keith Breiner maintains that the Beaumont Police Department asked him on April 1 to perform sex acts as part of the undercover investigation. He also says that every time he engaged in sexual activity in the investigation he documented in reports and received no objection from the department, the Beaumont Enterprise reported.

The spas were raided on May 7 and Internal Affairs began investigation into the sting operation about a week later. Breiner and Lt. David Kiker were later suspended without pay indefinitely on July 21 for engaging sexual activity during the investigation, according to the Beaumont Enterprise.

Lt. Curtis Breaux and Sgt. Robert Roberts were both suspended without pay for five days for failing to oversee the investigation properly and failure to notify department heads of the case, the paper reported.

Breiner was in court Tuesday seeking an injunction to prevent the city of Beaumont from suspending him while he disputes his disciplinary action; the city was attempting to stop that injunction, the Beaumont Enterprise reported.

I read that story yesterday. I have seen prev articles involving this issue - where officers actually had sex. I forget which city it was, but several months ago - many cases worked by the vice squad had officers having sex with the prostitutes in order to make cases and not be discovered to be police officers (supposedly). And, there was doubt as to the prosecution of those cases later. I can't remember if I read this in the Houston paper (about Houston PD) or if itw as online about some other city.

Wife: So how many today?

Cop/husband: 4

Wife: So you got anything left for me?

Cop: the sound of snoring Zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz.

Wife: I'll be over at your brother's getting my fill!

Cop: Sex With Hooker Wasn't Fun, It Was Work

Friday, August 22, 2008

A suspended Texas police officer testified Thursday that he was forced to have sex with two prostitutes during an undercover sting operation, saying he was "paid to do it."

Officer Keith Breiner testified in Beaumont, Texas, during a hearing to be reinstated after he was suspended along with another officer after it came to light that the men engaged in sex acts with prostitutes while on the job, the Beaumont Enterprise reports.

"If you are asking if I had an orgasm, yes. It was a job, sir," Breiner reportedly said during testimony. "I didn't have pleasure doing this. I was paid to do it."

Breiner admitted to being manually stimulated as well as engaging in oral and vaginal sex with two women at two spas during an undercover sting operation, the Enterprise said.

Police Chief Frank Coffin contends that Breiner and fellow officer Lt. David Kiker were suspended indefinitely after the sex acts came to light, the paper said. Breiner is trying to stop Beaumont from suspending him, saying that he was asked to have sex as part of the job.
