Elcan M145 Mounting Queston

I have been thinking about purchasing an Elcan M145 for my FS2K. It appears that you can purchase with either a Wing Nut Mount or a Torque Knob Mount but every picture I have seen looks like the same mount. Does anyone know the difference? Have pics or recommend one or the other? On some sites they are the same price. On others, the Torque mount appears to be $150 +/- more. Price not an issue. Thanks
