I had a scratch in the finish on my slide (of my 40 cal PX4) - right under my barrel. It was more of a rub in the finish, actually.
The gun was so covered in oil when I bought it that I couldn't see it when I bought it.
It was just something that irritated me. And, as I have been wanting to give NP3 a try, I thought I might use that as an excuse to send my slide off...
Well, I gave Flitz a shot today - worked great. No mark there anymore... Think I'll save my $150+ for the refinish :lol: (I don't carry the gun - it's just a range toy)
Anyway - the stuff worked pretty well :?
