How quiet and smooth is the action? It looks like a great find.

This one is a non-shooter.

However, I did have a shooter that a good friend bugged me into selling him :Blah: . One of the smoothest and quietest actions I have ever been around.

Forgot the exact ammo used (Federal, I believe), but best I can remember (about 13 years ago) 5-shot groups at 100 yards about quarter size and at 200 yards about half-dollar size (slight wind). Built for accuracy (Belgian-issue sniper rifle).

This one actually came from Don Woods' (GSI) personal collection.

Now if I could only lay hands on a Beretta 501 Sniper! :?

I have had 4 or 5 FN 30-11's

I don't like'm that much. The action and feedingsystem is not so great, especialy with the mags.

If someone is interested. I have a spare set of the spiked MAG bipods
That is the complete bipod minus the attachpoint.
