After much searching, I finally found a new, factory FNC STANAG scope mount (see these for sale about 1-2x/year) and new, factory FNC bipod (see these for sale about 1x/2 years).

That has to ouch.
I too have passed on many purchases that I thought were not very good deals AT THE TIME!
If we only knew then what we know now!
