Q1:Would you please "speak" to the challenges involved in bringing "new" foreign-developed and foreign-produced firearms to the US commercial market. (eg. Five-seveN, PS90, FS2000)
A:
Q2:Are the White Ring Sights being discontinued? If so .. when?
A:All PS-90's should have the black reticle now.
Q3:What future weapons platforms do you have planned for the 5.7 round?
A: 5.7 Boltgun based on a ultra short Model 70 action--April 2008
Q4:Will we ever be able to buy replacement parts for our FS2000's and PS90's?
A:Yes, hopefully by the end of the year.
Q5:When will the FNP 45 be available? Shooters Pack included?
A: FNP 45 should be out November 2007 There will be a Shooters Pack available.
Q6:Any plans to implement .22lr or multi-caliber conversions into the PS90 or FS2000 designs?
A:No.
Q7:Are there plans to expand production capabilities inside the US?
A:What is made in Belgium will continue to be made in Belgium.
Q8:Besides the SCAR, will FN consider making a civilian semi-auto only variant for any other military firearm they currently produce?
A:Not at this time. We talked about semi M249's but it would be too hard to change it to a hammer driven trigger.
Q9:Was FN surprised by the demand for the PS90?
A:Yes!
