Wonder if my gen2 pmags fit? -- sorry, just vid confirmed it uses stanag as well. I Don't like the closed bolt operation tho, counter-intuitive to those mil-real players. Also wonder how the Costa crowd is gonna hold this? Guess if it works, it works. Barrel upgrades would be a snap and hardest to come by 556-> 300-->458 in seconds. Some of this shif make me want to come out of retirement like #23.

I cant wait till the semi auto MK19 shows up! That was my personal favorite, and I doubt i could ever afford either of these. Would take prolly take 4 tax returns and 4 years of cup'o'ramen for 3 people to do this.

The M4 and M16 semi-auto look-a-likes are to follow the .mil versions, including all of the not-so-eye-catching parting lines on the forgings.

The FN-15 line offers a far better finish and are aesthetically more appealing to the commercial market, over the .mil variants which obviously aren't required to look pretty for the end user.

I got to spend more than enough time with a real 249, I have no desire to own a semi version.

M249 would be pretty cool to have, there is some work being done on ending the Hughes amendment. Maybe a civilian FA version will hit the market at some point?
