I have called FN and they said that they do not have complete fire control modules but "have parts" and can sell them to me but they can not tell me what I need etc to make the conversion. I was thinking I need a new safe / decock lever, sear, and hammer but am not sure. Anyone?

The easiest would be to replace the fire control unit that houses the hammer. Its a complete drop in unit. I don't see why they wouldn't sell this part. I think it might be something that has to go to an FFL. Maybe have a good FFL look into it to see is they can get that part for you.

On another note, I am am hoping to get a thread up this weekend about the complete tear down and assembly of these pistols. I just tore my browning pro 40 down completely so it will deal with the mag safety as well as removing that fire control group. I took as many pictures as I could.
