I don't have pictures, but have the compact and have seen and handled the standard. The compact is only slightly smaller and lighter. You can't go wrong with either. I have small hands, so the compact fits me better.

What did you pay for the M? Stainless or black slide?

I guess I need to get past my irritation with the whole "CALL FOR PRICE" listings in their catalog and actually call sometime. Their prices seem super cheap. I could almost go for a 9M if I had the money to do so. The FNP-9 is great, so I bet the 9M is sweet too.

The CDNN military overruns are the same as the regular FNP9s only cheaper. They also don't include the shooters pack from FN.

I bought my first FNP9 last October from CDNN for my wife as an anniversary present and I liked it so much I bought another one just like it last week for myself (advanced birthday gift to me from me).

Actually the CDNN military overruns are not quite the same. They are the FNP-9M, which is a compact version. Got mine Saturday from Gunsource.com for $360.

Also, they do qualify for the free shooters pack. Mine was sent out yesterday and should deliver to me tomorrow per FN's Customer Service Dept.
