I had a small customer service issue that started last year as it related to my FS2000. I spoke to Bob Alles last June when it occurred. He said he would look into it and would get back to me, well he called me last week let me know that the part was on its way (they had finally gotten it in from the EU) Although it was not their issue but mine they took care of it. Between this and the free CMore sight for the firing pen issue they have truly taken care of their customers in my opinion. I know some people would say "they should have gotten it right in the first place" well it is what it is.
I have dealt with Benelli, Sig and others and they have always resolved the issue some have been better than others, but just not gone the extra mile to make the customer feel better.
Anyway he also sent me this cool pkg. with a new 2007 catalog has their military stuff in it as well as these things in the pic..
