Last year I had a small baffle strike with my FNP 45-Tac and 45Osprey suppressor as well. They were awesome about replacing the front tube and baffle stack at no cost to me.
Also as Gdirty5 said, they recently designed a new piston for use with the FNP 45-Tac that fixes the possible alignment issue. The old piston indexed off the shoulder and with some barrels, the shoulder wasn't concentric with the bore. The new pistons index off the front end of the barrel and they said this has fixed the problem with baffle strikes when using it on the FNP 45-Tac pistol.
I sent them an email asking about how to purchase the new piston since it wasn't listed on their web site yet and they told me to just give them my address and they would ship me one free of charge. SilencerCo has some of the best customer service in the industry.
