No problems personally with FL, however I switched to Gunzilla for my CLP and Mil Comm TW25b as my lube after I saw a fellow instructor's Nighthawk develop mold inside the grip panels.
Yes, he heated and applied it per the instructions.

Depending on what level of hunting you are into, Froglube has an unnatural smell that has hindered some of our hunts.

We have had better results using Lucas odorless gun oil.

...then again, if you are just using it for trips to the range.

You should also search the threads. There are a bunch of threads on FrogLube that you may find useful.

I use MPro-7 on all my weapons. Runs smooth in everything without attracting dust. Had some rare, minor issues with CLP that disappeared when I switched. I have never tried Frog Lube.

M pro 7 is awesome!!
Yes, it is. I tried it after it was recommended to me by an Afghan vet who used it after his weapon kept having jamming problems with CLP. He said he couldn't keep enought of it in the action to keep the gun running properly. He switched and his problems went away. That was good enough for me!
