Green Ammo

I was wondering with the military switiching to all green ammo completely by 2018, would we see commercial lead ammo also drop in production? if so either we will have to use copper ammo which will be more expensive or start using green ammo which has shorter shelf life, either way we will be screwed. Another bad possibity is if more states become like Cali mandating only green ammo usage.
