I've fixed guns and I've done several mods to my guns, most are definitely more complex than what this appeared to be.

So I picked up this part:
SCAR Quick Detach Rear Sling Attachment|SCAR QD Rear Sling Mount|GG&G Tactical Accessories

Part is a Scar rear QD attachment point, it appeared very simple and straight forward. Simply remove the 2 rearmost screws, install the QD attachment point along with the new extended screws. Well, that didn't go as planned. The 2 screws on the receiver are now stripped and I have no way of removing the screws. I tried other 2.5mm allen wrenches to no avail, I even tried torx.

Luckily these 2 stripped screws don't affect the performance and functionality of the rifle and it will continue to function as if that never happened. At least I didn't make a huge shinny scratch on the finish to top off all the fail lol.

How can I fix this?

Thanks in advance.

I think there are more posts, not an unusual issue, here are a couple of recent ones:

The GGG is good but a lot of members have used the PMM rear mount and like it as well. Read the entire post, PMM has a discount code for Forum members if you decide to go that way.
