I just got my FNX45 a few days ago and want a get a tac light to go with it. I'm sure this has been brought up here before, but I would also like to find an OWB holster that would work bothwith and without the light. I have seen a few options, like this one guardianconcealment.com ? Guardian Concealment ? FNP/FNX 45 Holsters ? Light Bearing that are made specific to a certain light and can also work without the light. Problem is I don't have the light yet and would prefer the option to change out the light if I want. Any suggestions on a holster or am I asking too much for an all-in-one, one size fits all holster.
:th_thanks:

Well, if you don't know what light you want, you're going to be kind of stuck with a generic nylon on that you can change how tight it is. Even if you knew what light you were going to get, I'm not sure the molded kydex (or even leather for that matter) holsters will adequately retain the pistol without the light attached.

I have a griffon that holds better with the light but is very supportive without.

I have the same set up for my usp. Works the same.

I'm looking to sell my FNX. I just like the USP more. If I decide to part it out I'll list the holster and mag wells here.

Just received my aliengear today for my fnx tactical. I have several aliengear holsters and love them

FNH - FNX 45 Cloak Tuck 2.0 IWB Holster (Inside the Waistband).
I've been searching for a holster for my fnx 45 as well. It seems that the 45 is too big for IWB and a conceal gun. I am curious how well this works for you. I've been looking at something like Tactical Holsters . Considering my first shoulder rig. I carried my S&W 357 revolver on my hip OWB belt loop for the first time in a long time in the field a few weeks back and it made my back hurt! Any advise is welcome. Thanks.

Chief Jason in NC can help you out with custom fit holsters at very reasonable prices. I have 6 of his holsters for our 4 different pistols. I'll hit him up for a couple more when I get the FNX45. An OWB leather and an IWB Kydex hybrid. I'll probably grab a tactical someplace too.

Off the grid concepts made my holster, has a bar integrated into the holster for light/nolight option, and has a cut for an RMR with sweat guar, as well as adjustable retention capabilities. I use this as my daily carry right now, and it is comfortable for me.

Well any gun can be concealed if you got enough real-estate I carry my FNX-45 IWB. and I at times forget I am carrying, I use the cloak tuck iwb 2.0 from alien gear its got the new neoprene backing helps with comfort. don't get me wrong I am 6'5" and 300 pounds but anything is possible yes I had to buy 1 size bigger pants but nothing a belt cant suck up when not carrying. people told me I was crazy and that it wouldn't work or it would be extremely noticeable or uncomfortable its neither!
