I purchased a Blackhawk Homeland Security soft case, and the outer pocket is lined with velcro. It came with a 3-mag pouch, but there is plenty of room for more accessories.

What pouches do you guys use, and where do you buy them?

check with 5.1.1. They use to carry molle to velcro conversion adapters, then you could use any molle pocket that your heart desires.

also check out Maxpedition... they have panels that are molle on one side, hook-and-loop on the other. Their mag pouches are great but require molle attachment. They also have pistol holsters that are hook-and-loop (universal) as well as elastic-band hook and look that will hold up to three pistol mags. I use this holster and mag holder in my Versipack Jumbo to carry my FNX 45...
