Here is a general question, I'm not trying to pry, just curious?
In general how many weapons do you own?
Would you consider your self an arsenal?
The only reason I ask is I heard a while back in my state anything more than 10 per household and you would have be considered an arsenal. It died of course but I'm wondering if that won't come again in the future. Plus everybody is saying Buy, BUY, BUY and I'm wonding if I'm on par with everyone or lagging woefull behind.
I'll admit, I have an "arsenal" also. Only by a couple though! I'd like to ad more, but I'm torn between the underfolder ak's and the SKS's cheap prices. I have the feeling that the AK will go from 450 dollar guns to full 1000 dollar guns in the next six years or so. I've been saving up for a Reising or a Class 3 of some sort. But I may just sink it all in AK's and SKS's. But then I'll be well in a double digits of ownership! Then again if a new ban on mags happens wouln't it prudent to stock up on high cap mags? I dont' know, just thinking out loud I guess.

I heave never heard about that 10 gun thing in Indiana(I live there too). As far as I know you can by as many guns as you want here and no one cares(as long as its not all in the same day of course).

TQ, It was a real threat a while back, ask your local dealer. I even belive that the 1 per month thing will not go through because all the dealers will challange that, it would restrict their sales way too much. That means you could not complete a trade in one and buy another on the same day! Anyway I've got 12 weapons, about half of them are true relics. I don't fire them even though they are in firing order. So I guess I have 7 in order.

Thanks, I try to save and buy myself one nice thing a year. Not alot of extra in budget sometimes for this poorboy. I've tried really hard to buy quality. Some of it I just happened on by luck, and others I've just always wanted. I've been trying to save for a Reising this time but the dang things go up another 20% every month. I've got a bad case the buy fever too.
I've been following the Ps90 and 5-7 for a while but haven’t made the plunge just yet. Ammo is too expensive for me right now. I like to burn it up. And I've got the whole bad mindset of noting beats machined steel thing going on. I feel like a trader when I look at stamped ak's and polymer frame handguns. I still feel like I have to explain the P22 sometimes. I’ve always been a big .45 fan also. If they PS90 in a .45 I’d had one already! But that is why I want a Reising so bad I can’t stand it!

I started way back in the mid '80s.

I'm currently working on my precision AR-15 build hopefully will get done this summer.

I used to buy more guns when I was still single, but now married with children I could only do it at a slower rate.

Get as much as you can afford, about 20 magazines per rifle is a good goal if there's another AWB.
