Hoping to learn from the experience of those of you that have taken your SCAR 17 hunting...

I'm going hog hunting in a couple months and was curious what you guys have had success with on your past hunting trips. I plan on testing the top 3 most popular choices then making my choice from the results. I'm not the greatest shot, but I'll post my range results to share with the forum. Personally, I've found that Nosler's ballistic tip ammunition works wonders. I'm partial to this (below) for anything I want to put down cleanly - it's probably overkill for your average hogs, but, as they say in Maxim 37 of the Schlock Mercenary Universe, "There is no overkill - there is only 'Open Fire' and 'Reloading'."
