Hi all,

I have MPX and an Advanced Armament Tirant 9S suppressor. I beleive the Sig MPX barrel treading is 13.5x1. Should I get a 13.5x1 LH piston and a fixed barrel spacer or go with a 3 lug mount along with an AAC Tirant Triad adapter?
Or, would you go an entirely different route?
If you suggest 3 lug, can you please recommend where to purchase the mount and adapter from? AAC is out of stock on the Tirant Triad adapter and so far, I have not found any 13.5x1 LH 3 lug mounts.

Also, I know I already asked this in another thread, but have not had any reaponses thus far. Will a B.A.D. Lever work on the MPX?

Thanks,
SB

I'd personally go 3-lug (that's what I'll eventually do). There was a rumor TROS was going to do a 13.5x1 LH 3-lug adapter (not on their site, maybe try calling). As to the AAC adapter, can't help you there.

Griffin Armament 9mm Revolution is quite then the AAC, has plenty of mounting options, and can be configured into a K can and is still hearing safe with 147gr w/o any gel or water in the K configuration. 2 cans for price of one.

I would definitely go with the 13.5 LH piston instead of a 3 lug. There's really no use in spending more money on a 3 lug if there is no reason too. It's not like you are installing underneath a hand guard or something.

Also, a TiRant 9S is more suited for a sub compact 9mm pistol instead of a carbine anyway. You would already have the required piston.
