Does anybody know if the FNS-9 and FNS-9 longslide are on the same frame and would be interchangeable?

They use the same frame. Whether they can use the same holster will depend on the holster design. (Get a holster for the LS version and it'll certainly work.)

Same frame. I bought the long slide 9 and then picked up the 4" barrel and slide which fit on no problem. I doubt the same holster will fit unless you get the long slide holster then the 4" will likely fit but just be longer than needed due to the smaller slide.
