Before U assume it is the gun - do 2 things...
One, try a different brand of ammo.
Two... Shoot the gun using sandbags as a rest... U may just need to adjust to the trigger...
My USPc had me shooting low until I put over 800 rounds thru it before I got the hang of it. I tried it on bags and found it it was very accurate. So, it was just me...
