I'm so happy to get my first FN bolt-action. It will join my other bolt action rifle - a Remington 700P.
Details for now are FN TSR .308W 24" fluted Barrel in olive drab stock.
:shock:

Very Nice...any hints on where to find one....coming up dry so far
Keep up the faith! They are out there! I had a good friend eyeball one for me at his LGS, sending it to my local FFL right now.

I am seriously considering the Burris Eliminator III for this rifle.

First thing's first, current status is awaiting delivery of the TSR to my FFL's house.
I hate the waiting part.:\\/: :frown::th_bang:

Congrats! Let us know how it shoots once you've gotten it to the range.

These snowstorms are cramping everyone's timely delivery of their beloved FN goodies. Mine has been no exception.
FFL called today, love those calls. :)

Picking it up after work tomorrow.

Congrats!! You'll like how it shoots. For the price, it is pretty darn good. Action is smooth right out of the box. I've had mine for just about a year now. Havn't shot it as much as I would like to yet(life and work keeps getting in the way). I may get a new stock eventually. The Hogue stock has a bit of twist in the fore-arm, but not too bad with the full aluminum bedding block. I get sub-MOA groups with Hornady 168gr AMAX. Havn't tried Fed GMM's yet. I have a Sightron SII 4x16x42AO Mil-dot(for now), Harris bi-pod and a Karsten adj. cheekrest.

Thanks guys! Erv - thanks for the info and tip on ammo performance as I'll definitely try out some Hornady 168gr Amax and Fed. GMM.

So here is the FN TSR, she a bit naked but not for too long:

What glass were you going to put on it?
