Overall I like the looks of it. I'm hoping they'll offer shorter barrels for it:)

Very nice, if it came in 5.56 I would get 1! Would then go well with my PLR-16.
Just wonder how many probs will there be? The PMR 30 is just now reliable after what 3 yrs?

Time will tell. I've read a lot on the KT forums that they now have an R&D dept for more in house testing, etc.

It does appear that quality control and R&D have come up quite a bit as of late. I've looked at the current model KSG....very impressed actually. If my shoulders didn't hate shotgun recoil so much (why I love my PS90 and Tavor) I'd have one! Plus living in Florida now, I run into "Hank" at my lgs on a regular basis.
Thanks for the post Buffman. Love my gen II PMR-30 for the most part. My PMR was used to move my wife up from 22, then onto 5.7 and 9mm (she just got her an HK P30!). Everyone I have let shoot it, has bought their own. The only thing I am not a fan of is the clamshell design (without a mag in, the grip is very weak), the mag release, ammo availability and cost. Regardless, wife and I enjoy the PMR-30, and the trigger on mine is crazy how light of a pull it has. I'm guessing the CMR trigger will be the same, along with the clamshell lower. Would be interested in accuracy at some longer ranges. After some time, may have to get one, just to have the companion to the PMR. Not sure how longer mags would work with the euro mag release.

If it came in 5.56, it wouldn't be companion to the PMR-30. The world NEEDS a .22 Mag carbine. 5.56, not so much...

:? This will be a great combination for the gun world. The 22 mag PMR 30 and CMR 30! I lust put them on my wish list for next year after they get the bugs out. Nice round for the price and the cost per round is not that bad. SWEET!!!!:rangeglasses:
