DEAR FN,
Since you took my suggestion and are now producing the M249S (semi auto). I ask that you start producing the M240 in a semi auto version as well please.

For less than the $13,000 the Ohio Ordinance Works is asking for their version, please.

ive got both the 249s and m240slr absolutly wonderful firearms. if i was 20 years younger i would haul either through a carbine class just for fun.

siamese photo bomb. acessories are surefire fa762k on the 249s with ta11mgo-249. the m240slr is sporting a trijicon ta648mgo-240 on a m192 lightweight ground mount which also works with the 249s.

i dont know why the pics are links instead of pics. they show as pics in my edit post screen

Lol. Prolly. But the wife greenlit an fn m240 semi... its going to be awesome. Ill have to dig up another m192 tri0od somewhere

the m249 is fine for the 556nato round it handles the heat well. im not sure about using that same system on the mk48 with 7.62 ammo. my 240slr we can just link up several hundred rounds and plink away and the barrel never gets more than slightly warm.

whichever version fn does a belt fed 762 in im sure we will end up with it. i just hope it has at least an 18" barrel.
