I've been checking all over the Internet for 5.56 this evening...

Several sites that sell ammunition and other gun supplies are either down or nearly unresponsive. Others that are up are warning that excessive ammunition sales are causing shipping delays or backorders.

I wouldn't be surprised to see a price jump this week.

I was a sporting goods store today and they have a small gun counter that usually has no one there. There were 6 or 7 people there. I was also looking for some more 9mm ammo online. One site boosted the price up a touch, but the one I ordered from a few months back still has it for the same price. We'll see what happens...

Just checked and I might have to get some tomm, too bad I don't have my 5.56 yet, only the .45acp.
