As usual the ones calling for war have no intent in engaging in it themselves. Theses people who are calling for a civil war do not know what violence really is. They have not seen real violence and have never engaged in it themselves. Those who really know, who have seen violence up close and understand what real violence is and are capable of committing it are not the ones calling for it. It is when these people are motivated to become involved is when the violence will become real to those who started the call and only then will they realize what has been unleashed. I for one hope the ignorant never open this door.

The violence has already been released by the Demonrat Brown Shirts (Antifa and BLM). They have been beating up Trump supporters for years and this past year they burned buildings and shot cops. They did this to get their way (like a 2 year old). They want Trump gone and they want free stuff. The "media" are on their side and said it is all Trumps fault.

How so? We had an election. Every State in the Union certified the election results. Biden won, Trump lost. 306-232 by EV and >7M by the popular vote. Despite more than 50 lawsuits filed everywhere from local district court up to the Supreme Court, all but 1 lawsuit has been dismissed, often with prejudice and harsh words for those who filed such frivolous lawsuits.And here they are instigating violence by way of their Brown Shirts. The only threats of violence I have heard about is the attempts to kidnap the Gov. of MI and also perhaps hold the legislature hostage/murder people. What is this "leftist threat of violence"?
2nd, and more controversial, the MSM is the MSM, becuase they don't trade in unverifiable opinions and propaganda. The "right-wing" media does not share this belief in reporting "reality" and/or "facts" and instead reports on their politicized version of events which may or may not be outright fabrications.

I agree, war is hell. Who, exactly is calling for war? As far as I am aware, it is only those on the right. There was the AZ GOP who asked if people were ready to die for the cause. There was Rush Limbaugh "just sayin" that some people were suggesting succession and a 2nd Civil War. I am not aware of any similar significant voices on the left advocating violence. Could you provide us with any examples?

Yeah, becuase that's what we do in a democracy like America: we kill people with whom we disagree, i.e. putting them down. Does anybody here really think you actually meant "put them down" to mean "say bad things to them"? No, nobody does...

Coupe11, ever since Gingrich, the right has made lots of hay by accusing the left of the things they have done. The meta version of this is that you now believe that it is the *dim/lib/prog/socialist party" that does this and not those on the republican/conservative/right. Seriously, take a deep breath, then another. Then look at what representatives on both sides are saying.
"Antifa" is just a bunch of loosely connected individuals. They aren't a cohesive group. There is no "Antifa" organiziation. They do not have any official policy positions. They do not speak for any significant faction of the left/progressive/Democratic party.
The MSM publishes the "news" that can be verified by actual facts, unlike what is broadcast by the right-wing media. The "news" you get is really propaganda, yet you believe it so completely, that you call actual "news" as hopelessly biased.
The coming "troubles" in the streets & neighborhoods of 'Merica will be won by only one of the two currently "warring factions": the "red, white & blue constitutional" conservative crowd or the "black & blacker" liberal Antifa/BLM folks. I'm pretty sure which side my money's on, and myself for that matter. Hell, what's a little bloodshed amongst countrymen anyway, that Tree of liberty is starting to wilt & needs a drink badly...

Are you really saying that a little murder now and again does our nation good? Good Lord! One of the most amazing and unique things about America is that we have had a peaceful transfer of power, based on democratic elections, for almost 250 years. Are you really proposing to throw that away because your preferred candidate for POTUS didn't win in the election?

It's called REVOLUTION, something that this country was born from and probably not a bad idea every 200 years or so, no matter who instigates it. Kinda wipes the slate clean and resets things. And are you really saying that Antifa/BLM/AOC radicals AREN'T proposing to throw that away because their preferred candidate for POTUS did win in the election?
