I don't usually state things so strongly - but all this Nazi talk that Glenn Beck is saying looks more and more likely when you see stuff like this....

I think this would piss off too many people for this to pass.

However - once day, eventually, such a thing WILL pass.

I have no idea why retarded republicans were/are against locking down the southern border - but we know the dems are not in favor of that, nor do they want voter ID.

The Democratic Party's numbers continue to grow (for such reasons) - and they are outpacing the Republicans. Eventually - this will continue, and U will see less of a 2 party system over time.

Then we will eventually become Socialists-R-Us, and things like this will be much more likely to come to pass.

Unfortunately, this seems to be the way we're going, even when we have republicans in office too, because they are too stupid to do something that's actually important.

Who knows.

With an Attorney General who says we are 'A nation of cowards'
With an Attorney General who may have tax problems.
With an Treasury Secretary who has tax problems.
With a Representative named Rangel who has tax problems.
With the withdrawal of the Democrat Bill Richardson for Commerce Secretary for pay to play problems.
With the withdrawal of the Democrat Daschel who has tax problems.
With the scandal involving Sen Burris for pay to play problems.
With the other 'multiple' individuals who have had to leave the new "Change we can believe in" White House for tax problems.
With a Vice President who says that it is Patriotic to pay more taxes.
With a former Democratic Governor impeached for pay to play problems.
With a Senator names Dodd who gets favorable loan rates for pay to play and who's fingerprints are all over this credit crisis, from the very institution that he has oversight for.
With a Congressman named Frank that has oversignt of Freddie and Fanny and who's fingerprints are all over this credit crisis.
With a Speaker of the House named Pelosi who rams these useless bills down the publics throats with no chance of review and debate.
With a Senate Majority Leader named Reid that made sure that his district got more than $8,000,000,000.00 for a useless train and said it was 'not an earmark'.
Ect, ect, ect ....

I do not know, you tell me - can these 'honest' Americans be trusted to toe the line or are they just scheming lying cheating sons-of-bitches that really don't give a **** about you and me.

Change you can really believe in

HR. 45

We should all write to our congressmen and state representatives urging them defeat this outrage.
Even letters to the editors of your local newspapers would alert those who are interested in the Constitution and the Bill of Rights to get involved.
The sheeple who need to be prodded should be prodded every time this sort of crap rears it's ugly head. The view from a FEMA holding compound would be waaay too late to decide a change is needed.

Here we go, guys.

http://abcnews.go.com/Politics/story?id=6960824&page=1

We all knew it was coming. Nobama has crapped backwards on yet another issue.

"Cop Killer" bullets are also in the crosshairs. As a Sheriff, I know that any bullet can kill one of my own, so I fear that every bullet is on the table for discussion.

We are screwed, blued and tattooed. Stock up now, while you can.

Although I like Bill O'Reilly, I think he tends to pass Beck off as an alarmist some times. Yet time after time, Beck is proven correct. Glad he got his own show on Fox. I like his radio show, as well.

Great post. Made me think of all that has happened over just the last few weeks. I guess we get so used to hearing about politicians and their dishonesty, that we tend to overlook the totality of the offenses. Love the dancing Obama. :-D

S 2099: 106th CONGRESS

S. 2099 - Registration of Handguns

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to require the registration of handguns, and for other purposes.

IN THE SENATE OF THE UNITED STATES
February 24, 2000

Mr. REED introduced the following bill; which was read twice and referred to the Committee on Finance.

NOTE: THIS BILL DIED IN COMMITTEE IN THE YEAR 2000.
Note 2:
These bills are in the first step in the legislative process. Introduced bills and resolutions first go to committees that deliberate, investigate, and revise them before they go to general debate. The majority of bills and resolutions never make it out of committee.

Note 3:
While bills may just sit in committee and not be acted upon, they are technically still before Congress. However, if the bill is still in Committee at the end of the second session of a Congress, the bill is dead. The next Congress, if they want to reintroduce a dead bill, it would be a simple matter to renumber it and start over.

Lastly, Snopes is technically correct as some bills are still before Congress but going nowhere in Committee.

The left keeps trying... if at first you dont succeed, lie, cheat, vilify.....

Although the source if thru ESPN (http://sports.espn.go.com/outdoors/hunting/news/story?id=4845612):

Ban by baby steps
UN's push for Arms Trade Treaty could affect American gun ownership

ESPNOutdoors.com
LAS VEGAS — In the parallel world where the likes of Hillary Clinton and Nancy Pelosi live, the enlightened govern the ignorant masses by applying one set of universal rules, and it's not the Constitution of the United States.

In Hillary's world, radical ideas progress at first with baby steps that ultimately become great strides to harness the destructive forces in society. That's why the current Secretary of State and the other Hillarys in her world are drawing a bead on gun owners, mainly those in the United States.

It's a long shot, but such ideas have merit in Hillary's world, where even little victories lead ever closer to the big prize: no guns, just government.

I dont hear the fat lady singing yet... the left will keep resurrecting various bills to try catch the defenders of the Bill of Rights snoozing ....
