Try using a heat gun or hair drier on them to heat them up and soften the adhesion.

I finally took my PS90 to the range today. It was everything I expected - and then some. 
This target was at 150 feet.

I have a different model that fits the TA31's. The Fiber optic is a different thickness and the windage and elevation knobs are in different positions.
The Mini ACOG version should be ready for the P90/PS90 in a few weeks. The TA31 model will be ready in about 3-6 months.

Great optics choice!I finally got the screws out without using a blow dryer! Man, those suckers were tight.
I unfortunately have horrible eyesight and need as powerful as a 12x scope just to even see if my shots are landing on paper.
But if my eyes were any better, this is the primary scope I would choose
