Just got back from the range. I shot my favorite .45ACP handload in my new FNP-45 for the first time and I'm not disappointed at all. :p

This is 6 mags (90 rounds), shooting at 17 yards offhand using a two-handed grip. For you handloaders, the load is 5.1g of Bullseye powder under a 230g RN FMJ with Wolf primers. OAL is 1.260" Similar in power to Winchester White Box.

I like this gun! All I need now is a set of night sights. :D

Very nice. I can't wait to try my hand loads with ball ammo. So far, only used LSWC, which did not feed the best, but grouoed well.
Thanks, fellas.

No, I wouldn't imagine SWCs would feed very well. I had a Ruger P97 a few years ago that fed them surprisingly well, though. It fed them better than a couple of my 1911s. :-D

Love that Bullseye powder. I've been using it for years, it's very consistent. And for that matter really clean burning. 5.1 gr. with a 230 FMJ is a load I have used but with Winchester primers. It's a great plinking load. I've never used wolf but it looks like they are working nicely. That's one dead zombie lol
