Found a guy local here in town that makes knives. Was pretty impressed so I picked one up.

Said the grips are made from g10???
Blade is 440c.

G10 is about as tough as it gets. 440c is a lot easier to maintain an edge on than some of the new super steels out there. Should serve you well. Does the maker have a website?

No website but I can give you his number. He does this on the side, says he does it as stress relieve and to make extra money. Seemed like a good ole boy with a knack. Asked around town guy seemed well known and undoubtedly had been making knives for many years.

Good looking blade! I have a friend at work that makes knives. I'm just trying to figure out what style I really want!
