Hello, I am new to reloading. I have reloading one of round of 5.7x28mm, but the length of the case to the where the neck flares out is 0.978 where it should be 0.954. How should I adjust the die to correct this. I am using the RCBS 2 die set with the depriming rod. Thank you.

Are you using 5.7x28 new or used brass? I'm just curious. It seems that the RCBS die's need to be adjusted. Call RCBS. They will help you. A lot of people complain about the RCBS die's for the 5.7 but if they just called they would get help.
