This may seem a little weird since this is a modern/black gun type forum, but I like history too. So two of my favorite manufacturers are Uberti and Pedersoli. Every once and awhile I feel the need for smoke and thunder. :lol:

Cast my vote for FN/Browning, but I must break it down a little.

For autoloaders it's FN all the way, but I do like my CZ 75 PCR and my (horrors) Glock 36.

As for revolvers it's Smith & Wesson. The single action trigger let off is the best in the industry, bar none. I must add a sympathetic second for Webley.

Things get more difficult if we start discussing long guns, however...

CZ and its varaint Witness's in 10mm. No other doulble stack has ever fit my small hands as well as a CZ75B. Built rock solid and don't break the bank

Well, I chose FN, but that's not entirely true. HK makes some stuff I like, so does S&W....just about every manufacturer makes something I like. However, my two favorite guns that I own are FN and S&W.
