Just wondering if anyone has had a chance to use these new Lancer L7 AWM 25 round mags in their SCAR 25 yet?

They will be released in 8 weeks afaik ?
I ordered 20 just to be sure..."exactly of what", I'm not sure... but will know it when I see it. Lol

Watch the follower, there is a small tab on the back of the follower lancer added and it "might" cause issues with holding up the bolt catch like the 1st and 2nd gen PMags in the SCAR16.
Look at this link for the 556 PMags and make sure when you get everything that the Lancer 762 mags don't do the samething.

I purchased the Handle Defense SCAR25 AZ31 Magnesium lower

The only thing I didn't like about the old FN FAL L1A1 was rocking the mags in...

Figured an AR style mag platform would be really nice...not to mention useable across a variety of mags.

The X-Product 50 round drum mags will be great fun too in this platform.

Indeed, there is a rear tab on the magazine follower which causes premature actuation on the bolt catch, locking the bolt to the rear with one round left in the magazine. The same issue is present with the IMI polymer 7.62 magazine, and to remedy the issue, the tab on the follower must be removed in order for the weapon to function as designed - properly.

Just saw the tab you guys are talking about on the lancer 308 mags, has anyone tried sanding or filing this down so it works with the scar and sr type lower? Not sure why they included that tab but the imi mags have a similar tab just like Stryker pointed out.
